Introduction to Changshu Institute of Technology Changshu Institute of Technology is a pilot university of information construction of the Ministry of Education, which was selected as one of the national "New Engineering Research and Practice Projects" and the first batch of pilot universities in Jiangsu Province.
The school's predecessor was Suzhou Normal University, founded in 1958 and Changshu Vocational College in 1984. The two universities merged into Changshu College on 1989. 200 1 Jiangsu population school was merged. On May 2, 2004, approved by the Ministry of Education, Changshu Institute of Technology was established on the basis of Changshu College.
