Second, the key causal chain.
It is not enough to just find the core stock itself. The key is to find out which key "causes" lead to the inevitable "results" you want. The key causal chain of Liu Run's entrepreneurship is the causal chain that leads to income. Then, Mr. Liu Run refined all the elements and summed up a key reason: reputation. Because consulting companies need to bear a huge cost: transaction costs. Successful consulting companies have their own success, and there is only one kind of failed consulting company: customers don't believe in your ability. Because you don't believe it, the transaction cost is high. This reputation is the power to persuade customers.
Then Mr. Liu Run made an iron law for himself: Never go to the customer site to do pre-sales. Customers who are not attracted by word of mouth will never take orders.
Third, strengthen the cycle: the flywheel to promote growth.
In order to increase the stock of reputation, we must establish a growth cycle. What can improve word of mouth?

Fourth, adjust the cycle: break the growth ceiling.

What is your core stock? What is your key causal chain? What are your strengthening circuit and regulating circuit? What efforts have you made, and the result is not near the cause? Are you pushing your flywheel?
Thinking about solutions:
So for ourselves, how do we establish our own life style? The industry I want to engage in is the aged care service, the aged care under Pratt & Whitney. So how should I build my own model according to the above five steps? Although I don't have enough basic core stocks at present, or I don't have enough ability to promote the formation of a growth flywheel, let's imagine first.
1, find the core stock: Personally, the core stock of the pension industry is respect. The premise of being happy in old age is to treat the elderly as human beings and the patients as human beings, so we should proceed from human nature;
2. Find the key causal chain: push yourself and others to serve the elderly and feel the same. Start with a healthy, safe and clean diet, safe, clean and warm accommodation and warm leisure.
3. Find a flywheel reinforcement loop to promote growth: attract the elderly to hold a group with high-quality services, reduce costs by combining new technologies, and benefit more people.
4. Find the adjustment cycle and break the growth ceiling: the ceiling serving this industry is very low. If we can make a model of providing for the aged and promote this model, will it benefit more people?
5. Admit the lag effect and carry out saturated business: serve the elderly and let them express themselves. Would it be better to use various channels now, such as WeChat and Tik Tok?
In fact, I just want our old people to have a sense of security, happiness and worthiness. After all, everyone will get old one day.
