Layout characteristics of Yao Xing Gymnasium

Yao Xing Stadium and Yao Xing Stadium have changed the structural layout of traditional stadiums and gymnasiums, and integrated outdoor and indoor venues. The gymnasium is a frame structure with a span of more than 60 meters, which can accommodate 1 000 people. The central area of the gymnasium is about the size of a standard basketball court. At the junction of the transition between the competition venue and the grandstand, a movable grandstand is designed, which becomes a seat for the audience when it is unfolded and a wall when it is put away. There are 20 fire exits in advance in the museum, which are distributed in three different directions to enter the hall. Yao Xing Stadium, adjacent to Yao Xing Gymnasium, is a concave and circular stadium with a larger scale and a wider field of vision. On the north and south sides of the venue are indoor badminton courts with steel frames and dozens of tennis courts.

The vast national cultural square in the New Asian Sports City can accommodate 1 000 people. It not only provides citizens with fitness and leisure, but also has the dual functions of parking and emergency evacuation. In case of emergency, more than 10,000 people in the museum can be evacuated to the square through 8 main passages and 12 auxiliary passages within 10 minutes.

Every detail of Yao Xing Gymnasium and Stadium fully embodies the humanistic care for the disabled. Blind roads are designed in the squares outside the two major venues, wheelchair access is designed on both sides of the entrance of the venue, and the elevators, handrails, toilets and lounges in the venue are engraved with Braille.
