The older generation of oil people used the leap and take-off step by step to carve out the tenacious spirit of Changqing people to "attack, struggle and forge ahead".
With the ideals of my youth, I became a glorious oil worker. The teacher's teachings are still in my ears. Facing the loess ravine, the towering derrick, the roaring pumping unit and the red figure, I can't help asking myself: The four-year long journey of studying in the university brought me loess company all day? I love lively parties. Can I adapt to this desolate and lonely environment? One question mark followed me all the way and finally came to the first stop-Zhener gas station in Tongchuan operation area. This is a small website. Coupled with the hot climate and desolate working environment in Leng Xia in winter, I was at a loss from the beginning to trying to integrate. Finally, my anxiety was diluted by the collective life of unity, friendship and hard work. At present, my working experience in Tongchuan operation area has long been a wonderful part of my sharing weal and woe with everyone, and it has also strengthened my belief in contributing oil to the motherland.
If life is straight, it is silent. During my time at the grass-roots level, I took books as my companion and distant mountains as my neighbors, starting from the most basic equipment maintenance until I could accurately judge the cause of equipment failure; Starting with the most basic pressure logging, it accurately analyzes the working conditions of oil and water wells ... with the desire for knowledge, it grows tenaciously and sturdily. At the end of 20 17, I came to the oil production technology research institute through competition. On this broader platform, various new processes and technologies have broadened my horizons and inspired my fighting spirit to learn and forge ahead. Faced with the problem that the packing of hollow sucker rod in our factory is not tightly sealed, my colleagues and I took the initiative to overcome the difficulties. By improving the structure of the packing box, the problem was finally solved. In the face of the poor test results of oil well level online monitoring equipment in our factory, my colleagues and I actively studied the test principle, analyzed the causes of errors, actively contacted manufacturers to improve the equipment, and successfully improved the online rate of the equipment to over 90%, and the measurement error was controlled within 50 m; Facing the problem of serious wax deposition and poor treatment effect in Jurassic reservoir in our factory, in order to deeply understand the relationship between crude oil component content and wax deposition, with the strong support of leaders, I went to Xi 'an Anyou University to make physical and chemical analysis of Jurassic oil samples and wax samples with experts and professors, and evaluated the effects of existing wax remover and paraffin inhibitor, and successfully developed a solid paraffin inhibitor suitable for our factory ... In just two years, I gradually grew into a qualified one.
The vast mountains keep telling me to adapt to the desolation and loneliness here, to get along with my family day and night, and to deal with difficulties and setbacks ... I know that since I chose the oilfield, I chose dedication.
