You can't. Court auction transactions are generally not allowed to be revoked. If there is malicious collusion between the auction institution and the bidder, the auction result can be revoked and re-auctioned.
Before the auction begins, the people's court shall revoke the auction entrustment under any of the following circumstances:
(1) The effective legal document based on which it was executed has been revoked;
(two) the application executor and other enforcement creditors withdraw the application for enforcement;
(3) The person subjected to execution has fully fulfilled the monetary debts determined by legal documents.
Legal basis:
Article 20 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Appraisal, Auction and Sale Entrusted by People's Courts.
In any of the following circumstances, the people's court shall withdraw the auction commission:
(1) The effective legal document based on which it was executed has been revoked;
(two) the application executor and other enforcement creditors withdraw the application for enforcement;
(3) The person subjected to execution has fully fulfilled the monetary debts determined by legal documents.
