General situation of Yulin construction engineering trading center;
Yulin Construction Engineering Information Management Center and Yulin Construction Engineering Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") are two brands and one set of personnel, located at Floor A 1 1 of Yushang Building in Yulin Economic Development Zone. Founded in 1997, it is a non-profit wholly-owned enterprise under the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Planning Bureau, which undertakes the bidding and tendering transactions of the city's construction projects.
The main responsibilities of Yulin Construction Engineering Trading Center:
Information service. The center has established a database of bidding information, policies and regulations, charging standards, electronic large screens, projectors and so on.
Functional services. Provide places for negotiation, bid opening, bid evaluation and bid selection for both parties to the tender;
Consulting services. Providing consulting services on laws, regulations, policies, technology and economy of engineering construction;
Manage services. Provide management conditions for relevant departments in the office, including intermediary services such as bidding, cost, supervision and notarization, and create conditions for centralized and unified collection of related expenses;
Business services. Including telephone, photocopying, typing, faxing and distributing information.
The trading center shall implement the social service commitment system, disclose the service content, service standards, service procedures and service responsibilities, and ensure the openness and transparency of construction project contracting management.
