How to view your broadband information?

1. Call customer service and inquire about your broadband information according to the voice prompts. China Unicom broadband users dial 100 10 according to the voice prompt; China Mobile calls 10086 according to the voice prompt; China Telecom calls 100 10 according to the voice prompt.

2. View the information saved in Broadband Connection directly. If you use a wireless router at home, you can take it off and put it aside first, because it is not needed for the time being.

3. Click "Broadband-Broadband Service-Broadband Number Inquiry" on the homepage through "China Unicom Online Business Hall" and inquire the broadband number according to the prompts on the page. Click "Service-Broadband Zone-Query Broadband Account" through the "China Unicom" APP, and follow the prompts on the page to query the broadband number.

4. You can log in to Unicom's online business hall and click "Telephone Fee Inquiry" to inquire about the broadband usage. At present, the online business hall provides inquiry services for fixed telephone, PHS, ADSL, LAN and other fixed telephone services.

5. The steps are as follows: first, open the browser, and then enter the management IP address of the router in the address bar (if you don't know the address, you can look behind the router). Enter the account number and password in the opened router login page, and then click the login button to log in.
