Chapter II Enrollment Plan
Article 4 The College of Science and Technology of Nanchang Hangkong University (hereinafter referred to as the "College") plans to recruit students from 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in 2020. The enrollment plan will be formulated according to the enrollment and employment situation of various majors in the college in recent years and the overall planning of the college. The specific enrollment plans and enrollment batches of each province shall be subject to the announcement of the Admissions Office of each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government). The reserved plan is 1% of the national enrollment plan of our college in 2020, which is used to recruit students from provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with good students in our college (how to recruit students is decided by the leading group of college enrollment in 2020 according to the actual enrollment situation of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter III Access Rules
Article 5 The College implements the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the recruitment and supervision are combined" stipulated by the Ministry of Education, adheres to the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", implements the "Sunshine Project" with brilliant ideas, and accepts social supervision.
Article 6 All candidates who apply for our college must take part in physical examination and truthfully fill in their past medical history. Physical examination standards shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Admission and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.
Article 7 In principle, the college only recruits English language candidates.
Article 8 The admission principles for general arts and sciences majors
1. According to the candidates' scores and professional volunteers, the college enrolls and distributes professional students from high scores to low scores, and there is no difference in professional volunteers. When the candidates have the same scores, they will be admitted according to the same score sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
2. General liberal arts candidates in Jiangsu Province require that the selected subjects be CC and above, and the required subjects require 5 to be qualified.
In 2020, the college will enroll students in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan provinces. The specific requirements of the selected subjects shall be subject to the announcement of the education examination institutes of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the specific admission principles shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 9 Admission Principles for Art Majors
1. Art majors accept both arts and sciences. Art majors are qualified, and their cultural achievements have reached the minimum control score line stipulated by local provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
(1) For the provinces that have organized school examinations in our college, they are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores. If the candidates have the same professional achievements, the specific admission principles shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). If there are no relevant regulations, those with high cultural achievements (including policy scores) will be given priority. If the cultural achievements are still the same, compare the achievements of English, Chinese and mathematics in turn, with the highest score as the priority.
(2) For the provinces that have not organized school examinations in our college, they will be admitted according to the principle of ranking the scores of each batch of art examinations in the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). If there is no specific ranking principle, high grades in art major are preferred. Art majors with the same scores will be given priority to those with higher cultural scores (including policy scores). If the cultural achievements are still the same, compare the achievements of English, Chinese and mathematics in turn, with the highest score as the priority.
2. Admission of liberal arts majors in a unified order (otherwise required by the local provincial admissions office).
3. In 2020, the college will recruit all kinds of art majors for Shanghai, Zhejiang and Shandong provinces without any requirements, and the specific admission principles will be implemented according to the relevant regulations of Shanghai, Zhejiang and Shandong provinces.
4. There are two training directions under the performance major:
(1) Culture direction 1: Both men and women are allowed. The age of candidates should not exceed 19 in principle. They should have good facial features, good face, neat teeth, sweet smile, standard Mandarin, good sound quality and well-proportioned figure. The height of boys should be 1.73- 1.85 meters, and that of girls should be 65438. It mainly trains application-oriented professionals with basic qualities such as Chinese and foreign language expression, etiquette norms, organization and coordination and flight attendant service operation skills necessary for flight attendants.
(2) Training direction 2: Both men and women can enroll, and they are required to have good facial features, good face, neat teeth, sweet smile, standard Mandarin, and no scars, tattoos, birthmarks and skin diseases on their body surfaces. It mainly trains high-level professionals with high artistic and cultural literacy and professional qualities and abilities as drama actors, film and television actors, musical actors and advertising actors.
(3) Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan and Guangdong provinces are the first training direction, while other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are the second training direction.
Article 10 Our college recognizes the preferential policies for extra points in the college entrance examination formulated by the provincial admissions offices, but according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, if the extra points are greater than 20 points, our college will consider them as 20 points when enrolling.
Article 11 In the case of insufficient students, our college recognizes in principle the admission policies of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and enrolls students according to the relevant policies and regulations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter IV Admission and Registration
Twelfth according to the provisions of the national enrollment of freshmen, with the admission notice according to the relevant requirements and the time limit prescribed by the college to the school for admission procedures. If you can't enter school on schedule for some reason, you should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Chapter V Examination of Freshmen's Admission Qualifications
Article 13 After new students enter the school, the college will examine their admission qualifications within three months. Those who fail the second interview shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state until the admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to be cheating will be disqualified from admission or school status once verified.
Fourteenth art freshmen must participate in the professional examination organized by our college after entering school. If it is found that the professional level obviously fails to meet the admission requirements, or the results are obviously inconsistent with the results of the school examination or the unified examination, or it is found that there are fraudulent acts such as taking the exam, the admission qualification will be cancelled and reported to the provincial admissions department for serious treatment.
Chapter VI Tuition, Accommodation and Scholarship Loans
Article 15 The College collects tuition fees according to the standards approved by the price department of Jiangxi Province, with six majors of economics, business administration, marketing, accounting, English and journalism 1.3 million yuan/academic year. Aircraft manufacturing engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, material forming and control engineering, welding technology and engineering, metal material engineering, civil engineering, measurement and control technology and instruments, automation, electronic information engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, e-commerce, etc.14,500 yuan/school year, environmental design, visual communication design, animation, performance and broadcasting. Article 16 In the stage of higher education, a policy system for subsidizing poor students from families in colleges and universities has been established by organically combining various forms, such as national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans, work-study programs and tuition fee remission. Students from poor families admitted to universities can report on time through the "green channel" opened by the college. After entering the school, the college verified the family's financial difficulties and took different measures to give financial assistance. Among them, to solve the tuition and accommodation problems, the national student loan is the main one, supplemented by the national inspirational scholarship; To solve the problem of living expenses, the state grants are the main ones, supplemented by work-study programs.
Seventeenth students with financial difficulties who have started the student source credit loan can apply for the student source credit loan at their place of residence.
Chapter VII The name of the school that issues academic certificates and the types of certificates
Article 18 If a student with the status of our school completes the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and meets the graduation requirements of the college, the College of Science and Technology of Nanchang Hangkong University will award the undergraduate diploma of general higher education. Those who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate by the College of Science and Technology of Nanchang Hangkong University.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 19 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national laws, regulations, articles of association, norms and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, articles of association, norms and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
Article 20 statement: the school has not entrusted or authorized any unit, individual or intermediary institution to recruit students and related work.
