Because the resident ID cards of registered residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region belong to bilingual documents, people whose registered residence is located cannot apply for resident ID cards in Sichuan for the time being, but eligible Sichuanese can apply for resident ID cards in these two autonomous regions and accept them in different places.
