How to make students' compositions "meaningful"

Chinese education is the foundation of quality education, and composition is the comprehensive embodiment of students' Chinese quality. As a student's first reader, every time I read a student's composition, I feel the emptiness and paleness of it. People feel the same, boring, moaning and making things up, just like Mao Zedong's The Beggar makes people feel sick. Students are also miserable when they write, and it is very difficult to write. Every time I write, I have nothing to think about, and I can't sleep day and night. They have racked their brains and have nothing to write. Writing a complete set of excellent compositions is their creative source. Once they write a good composition, they skillfully copy, piece together, edit and combine, and enter a mechanical manufacturing process to create a "gray composition" written by teacher Zhao Qianxiang, which has no body, no soul, neither dead nor alive, nor black or white. Thousands of different brains have the same idea, the same model, the same system. Without any feelings, the composition degenerates into a pile of lifeless words.

I think we should first guide students to re-understand the composition. Long-term exam-oriented education and stylized training of composition guidance make students regard composition as a word game. "Good" students also summed up a set of means to deal with composition: one set, two sets and three copies. Or put together famous sayings and aphorisms from all over the world and make up a "sketch" that you think is beautiful; Or the total score of a set of article formats is the total score, and you can't learn from Lei Feng. If you test my argumentative essay, put a determination oath form; Or copy a few vivid and touching articles in your mind, and once you encounter similar themes, you will have ready-made works. In this way, there is a modern stereotyped writing with thousands of people and one cavity.

Ye Shengtao pointed out in "On Composition": "If you are interested, it must be from the stagnation of your heart and from the nature of interest." . Composition should be the expression of a person's true feelings, the literal embodiment of a person's knowledge and understanding of life, and the reflection of a person's life experience, interests, soul, moral sentiments and even life ideals. As Shi Lei said: "When I succeed or fail, when I am happy or sad, when I am favored or disgusted by life, writing a few words from my heart can not only keep a good mood, but also promote a healthier composition." ("National Studies" 97. 9) These words from Shi Lei, a classmate, were drawn by her own emotions and painstaking efforts. The voice here has become the need for her spiritual development and maturity.

When instructing students to write a composition, we should dare to speak our minds, write our own truth, pour out our joy, confusion, hesitation and disappointment in the composition, express our feelings, carve our growth track and impression in life, express our knowledge and understanding of life, and show our feelings and spirit. Even if she is immature, even if she is naive, even if she is ugly. But after all, it's your own.

Secondly, we should guide students to observe life, feel life, think about life and ask for materials from life. The essence of composition teaching is the teaching of students' comprehensive thinking and written expression by using existing life materials under the guidance of teachers. Life foundation is the source of composition. Without life, especially the life that students are familiar with, students have nothing to say in their compositions. Ye told Mr. Tao in "Examples of Articles": "Writing is a part of life, and life is like a clear spring. Articles are like streams. The spring is abundant and inexhaustible, and the stream does not rest. " However, as the famous Soviet educator Su Chomsky said, "From the beginning of students' school life, we closed the door to the fascinating world of nature in front of them. They can't hear the gurgling sound of the stream, the sound of melting snow and the singing of larks in spring. "That's true. Everything has its two sides, so does the exam-oriented education in schools. We can't change it, but we can try our best to improve it and train students to be caring people in life. Teacher Gan Zhongyuan of Jiangxi Province has set an example for us in this respect. After learning the first unit of junior middle school Chinese, he realized that this unit is to cultivate students' affection, so he instructed students to feel affection in life and cultivate affection in action. After learning this unit, he arranged such a composition for students to write a composition that reflects family ties. The topic is this: for the healthy growth of children, parents don't know how much they have done for you and how much they care. As a child, have you done anything for them to make them happy? If yes, please write it down in detail so as to express your feelings and discuss it properly. If not, please try something. Please remember that no matter what you do, your parents will be happy as long as you have the heart. The topic is self-drawn. After the composition is arranged, some papers will be handed in on the spot, and some will be handed in two or three days later. However, 0/00% of the students in the class/KLOC did something to please their parents and wrote a good article about telling the truth.

Whether students can be guided to go deep into life, observe, accumulate and think in life is the key to middle school students' writing. We should guide students to carefully observe the people, events, sights and things around them, and be conscientious in life. Keep a diary every day, what you see, what you hear, what you think, and what you think, and write down meaningful things. Encourage them to practice more and experience the life world and natural scenery. Consciously grasp the integration of the universe and the inner world of self. Discover the rich connotation of life and feel the value of ordinary life.

Third, we should guide students to read. The ancients said that "studying hard" can really "escape composition". This is the same as the familiar "reading thousands of books and writing like a god". It is true that our students are limited to textbooks and have less opportunities to get in touch with society. But this can be supplemented by reading. Most of all literary works are the summary of artistic language of natural beauty, life interest beauty and natural beauty and ideal beauty, and the casting of writer's emotion in thousands of worlds. It is a true portrayal of the writer's social life, with vivid thinking and strong emotion, so reading can be said to be an indirect life accumulation. Strengthening our students' reading can enrich their experience, increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. Study hard and keep learning, and your knowledge will be solid, so that you can make the past serve the present and write articles.

The ancients paid attention to the word "Hua" in reading. Is to digest the books you read and really feel something. Let the value in the book melt into your own flesh and soul. Yuan Mei said in Poems with the Garden: "There is no need to cover up its body with dross, but take its spirit. It's not mulberry that eats mulberry and spins silk. Bees gather flowers to make honey, not flowers. Reading is like eating, people who eat well will grow up, and people who eat badly will have diseases and tumors. " Ye Shengtao also said: "The so-called reading is actually reading, reading is absorbing, and writing is pouring out." When guiding students to read, we should guide them to feel, associate, recognize and absorb the nutrition of the article, to feel their own feelings and to understand the singing points in the works. And insist on doing a good job of extraction, memory and accumulation, making it a part of your own thoughts.

In view of the heavy homework of middle school students, we should highlight the key points, make clear the goals, and find and introduce some books that meet the psychological development and growth needs of middle school students. Determine the methods of intensive reading and skimming according to the needs. Typical articles and wonderful paragraphs should be read intensively, sketched with pens, famous sayings and epigrams extracted, and the meanings of words and phrases understood. Do as you say. Teach students how to comment and appreciate, and improve their appreciation ability.

Emerson said, "Take your life as a text, take books as annotations, and read with an active soul for inspiration." Read more books, can constantly question digestion, and students must have something to say in their compositions. "Every composition must be based on thousands of books." It is an important experience of the ancients to accumulate materials from reading. This should also be an important experience for our students.

Fourth, this should run through the whole composition or the whole Chinese teaching process, and cultivate students' correct outlook on life and noble moral sentiments in teaching. Man and literature can never be separated. Excellent writers at all times and all over the world write their works with their own personalities and express their personalities with their works. When we recite the poems of Li Bai and Du Fu, we will naturally feel their personality style and personality characteristics surging and shining between the lines. When we read the works of Lu Xun and Guo Moruo, we will naturally be impressed by the perfect combination of their personality strength and art.

A very essential thing in education is to build a lofty personality building. Writing and being a man are closely linked. Middle school students are now in the stage of personality formation and have strong plasticity. In order for students to write elegant and meaningful compositions, we must first strive to cultivate students' healthy personality. In this respect, Mr. Zhao Bingqian paved a good way for us: he introduced the "book without words"-society and life into classroom teaching through the course and class meeting of Oriental Time and Space. Thus, the "gray composition" as a stepping stone to seek narrow utility is put an end to, and the "green composition" is promoted as a fitness device to improve life, realizing the unity of reading and being a person, and writing and being a person.

To cultivate students' healthy personality, we must first cultivate students' hearts that love and care about life. Loving life is the cornerstone of all good deeds and the source of life struggle and progress. Only by stimulating students' love for life and their inner warmth can students feel the sunshine of life, discover the beauty of life, pursue the beauty of life and convey the beauty of life, and people will also baptize, purify and sublimate their hearts.

To cultivate students' healthy personality, we should also cultivate students' pragmatic attitude towards life, so that students can tell the truth, do practical things, be down-to-earth, be honest and do their duty. Dare to express your true feelings in your composition, show your mental journey, let yourself soar freely in your works, and truly achieve the humanistic harmony of "people are integrated into literature and literature promotes people". This is also the truth to be pursued in composition teaching.

In short, composition teaching is a hard process, which needs to be explored and discussed. But the goal of composition teaching is very clear, that is, to let students express their feelings accurately in fluent language and reflect their growth process and trajectory. Our efforts are to achieve this goal. Finally, let's borrow a few words from Mr. Zhao Bingqian as the end, and let our colleagues take this as * * * encouragement: education-oriented, body-oriented, training-oriented, limb-oriented, life-oriented, soul-oriented, enlightenment-oriented and pulse-oriented.
