1956 was born in Qu Yuan's hometown and graduated from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in management. He used to be a civil servant, factory director and university professor. He has been engaged in the research of enterprise standardization management for more than 20 years, and has visited more than 20 companies in 10 countries, including more than 20 Fortune 500 companies. He combined the western enterprise management theory with the essence of China traditional culture, and created his own unique enterprise management theory system and systematic technical tools and methods. And learn business management theory in the process of business management consulting practice, and develop and improve business management consulting methods in the process of business management theory research. At present, Professor Shu's research on standardized management has formed an independent and complete theoretical system and a set of systematic technical methods.
He traveled all over the country. Hundreds of lectures and trainings have been held in more than 20 provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Sichuan, and training and consulting services have been provided to enterprises in dozens of industries.
At present, he is a researcher of Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, a visiting researcher of China Academy of Social Sciences, a distinguished senior researcher of China Institute of Innovation Management, a chief expert of Beijing Han Wei Zhongxing Enterprise Management Research Center, a chief expert of China Enterprise Standardization Management Network, a consulting and training expert of Europe and America International Education Group, and a chief consultant of China Enterprise Management Network, and has been hired as a visiting professor of the president's class by many famous universities. He devoted himself to the research and consultation of more than 20 kinds of standardized management in enterprises, and combined three management technologies from the west, such as target management, balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, with the traditional culture of China, and founded the five-element target neutralization card management technology; Combining China's freshman theory and five elements theory with western process management technology, this paper creates a technology to build enterprise process competitiveness and provides a complete technical tool for the systematic implementation of enterprise standardized management.
