3. In any of the following circumstances, you may not participate in the selection:

Second, the selection process
This selection adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and is organized according to the following procedures:
(1) Organization registration
This selection is conducted by combining individual registration with organizational recommendation.
Candidates log on to Gansu Youth League Work Network (www.gszg.gov.cn) from 8:00 on April 20th to April 29th, 2022 18:00, enter the "Online Registration System for Gansu Provincial Party Committee Organization Department Staff", register according to the system prompts, truthfully and accurately fill in all the contents of the registration information, and download and print the registration form of "Online Registration System for Gansu Provincial Party Committee Staff" according to the cadre management authority and submit it to the appointment and removal organ (unit) for organization. Failing to upload or fill in the non-standard as required, the preliminary qualification examination will not be conducted.
(2) Prequalification
Conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicant. Applicants will log in to the registration system from 8:00 on April 2/KLOC-0 to 9/May 2022 18:00 to check the preliminary qualification examination results.
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will log in to the registration system to print the admission ticket from 8:00 on May 23rd to 24:00 on May 27th, 2022, and keep it properly for the written test, interview and physical examination.
(3) written examination
Organized in Lanzhou in late May 2022 (subject to the admission ticket). Applicants are required to take a written test with their valid ID card and admission ticket. The written test is conducted in the form of a closed book, which mainly tests the applicant's comprehensive quality and related professional knowledge, such as the level of policy theory, the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and the writing ability. The perfect score is 100. According to the written test results, from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.
In principle, the proportion of written examination shall not be less than 5: 1. If it is less than 5: 1, the organization department of the provincial party Committee will decide to delimit the minimum control line and notify the candidates before the written test.
Candidates can log in to the registration system 3 working days after the end of the exam to check their written test scores and whether they have entered the qualification review.
(4) Qualification examination
Applicants are required to provide the originals and photocopies of their valid identity cards, registration forms, academic degree certificates and other materials, as well as the copies of their civil service registration forms (registration forms for public service personnel) and annual assessment registration forms, and affix the seal of the organization and personnel department. If other materials are needed, the applicant will be informed in advance to make preparations.
Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview, and those who meet the requirements will participate in the interview in turn.
(5) On-site proposition writing
Try the interviewer's on-site proposition writing. Proposed by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, it mainly examines the administrative work experience and official document writing ability of the organs, with a total score of 100.
(6) Interview
Interviews are mainly structured interviews. It mainly tests candidates' comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, logical thinking, language expression and adaptability, with a total score of 100.
The comprehensive score is determined according to the sum of 30% written test score, 20% on-site proposition writing score and 50% interview score.
The time and place of on-site proposition writing and interview will be notified separately.
(7) Investigation
According to the comprehensive scores from high to low, the candidates were determined according to the proportion difference of 1:2, and the organization department of the provincial party Committee sent an investigation team to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the moral and political integrity and realistic performance of the subjects. During the inspection, we will focus on reviewing cadres' files, verifying "three years old, two calendars and one identity", listening to honest opinions, and understanding the social circle, friends circle and life circle, whether there are any situations that affect the selection of tunes.
(8) Physical examination
Comprehensive knowledge test, organization inspection, etc. Study and put forward the list of personnel to be transferred, submit it to the ministerial meeting of the organization department of the provincial party Committee for study and determination, and then conduct physical examination on the selected personnel in accordance with the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination and other relevant regulations.
(9) Publicity
Those who pass the medical examination will be publicized in an appropriate way in their unit. The publicity period is 5 working days.
(10) approval and transfer
If the expiration of the publicity period does not affect the transfer, first go to the post for trial for three months, and then conduct assessment and appraisal after the expiration. After passing the examination, in accordance with the relevant provisions, go through the transfer procedures, determine the rank, and honor the corresponding treatment.

Under the leadership of the ministerial meeting of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the cadre department of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee will specifically organize and implement the transfer.
