Under the leadership of the provincial Party committee, the provincial government and the Ministry of National Security, the work content is to be responsible for and manage the work of preventing and cracking down on acts endangering national security in this region, to carry out the hidden front struggle against the enemy, to safeguard national security and social and political stability. The main responsibilities are:
(1) Implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the Party and the State on national security.
(2) To study, formulate and organize the implementation of the national security work plan of the whole province.
(three) to lead and manage the business work of the state security organs in the province.
(four) to prevent, stop and crack down on sabotage activities that endanger national security and social and political stability in accordance with the law, and to carry out reverse osmosis, anti-secession, anti-subversion, anti-theft, anti-leakage and anti-terrorism struggles.
(five) to complete other tasks assigned by the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the Ministry of National Security.
