Article 7 Time limit for a project: During the civil construction stage, the water and electricity embedment and installation progress must meet the overall construction progress. Be responsible for organizing Party B's technical personnel to make disclosure and joint review of technical documents such as construction drawings of this project; Assist Party B in selecting temporary facilities and sites for the project construction; Accurately provide leveling points and elevation control points used in construction; Provide geological data, drawings, electricity and water for construction; Assign the site representative to assist the supervisor in checking the progress, quality and safety of the project and concealed works, handle the acceptance and technical visa in time, and issue a change notice to Party B in time for the changes in the construction process; Responsible for coordinating the relationship between all parties, handling construction application, construction permit, site temporary facilities removal and other related procedures to ensure the normal construction; Be responsible for solving the living places and building materials storage places of Party B's migrant workers, and do a good job in safety; Pay the project payment in time according to the contract.
2. Party B's responsibilities
Organize capable personnel to carry out construction; Submit the construction organization design and project progress plan to Party A within the specified time; Prepare the construction plan and construction safety measures; Submit concealed engineering acceptance notice, monthly progress report, completion acceptance report, completed settlement book and related materials within the specified time; Carry out construction in strict accordance with the specifications, pay attention to civilized construction, and do a good job in the investigation of potential safety hazards. The contractor shall bear all safety accidents caused by the contractor; The contractor shall not subcontract the whole project to others; Complete the construction task with good quality and quantity on schedule.
Nine. responsibility for breach of contract
1. After the signing of this contract, if the project cannot be started or the contractual obligations cannot be fulfilled due to Party A's reasons, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to the Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
2. After the signing of this contract, if the project can't be started and completed as scheduled, can't be completed according to the agreed quality standards, or can't perform its obligations according to the contract, Party B shall be liable for breach of contract according to the Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
X. Supplementary provisions:
1. Matters not covered in this contract shall be implemented with reference to the general contract terms.
