Second, the application conditions
Applicants should meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants:
(a) good political quality, loyalty to the party, correct political stance, love the party and patriotism, obey the overall situation, obey the organizational arrangements, and be willing to serve and contribute to the country and the people.
(two) excellent academic performance, the corresponding academic degree of 202 1 year college graduates. Among them, undergraduates must have full-time degrees, and master's and doctoral students must obtain full-time undergraduate degrees.
(3) Undergraduates aged 18, under 26 (born after July 3 1, 1994), master students under 30 (born after July 3 1990), and doctoral students under 32 (1)
(4) Having one of the following conditions:
1. party member (including party member);
2. Fresh graduates with military experience;
3. Excellent * * * Communist Youth League members must have served as the chairman, vice-chairman, minister, deputy secretary or deputy secretary, minister and deputy minister, monitor, secretary of the League branch, principal leader of the community at or above the school level, and have served continuously for more than 1 school year (the service time ends at the end of June 2026, 5438+0).

One of the following circumstances does not apply:

4. Civil servants (including those who are managed according to the Civil Service Law) have been dismissed for less than 5 years;
5. Persons who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants in other circumstances according to law.
Third, select the program.
(1) Registration and qualification examination.
Take the way of online registration. From the date of this announcement, applicants can log in to the Guangxi Selected Graduates Registration System (www.bgxf.gov.cn) of Bagui Pioneer Network and truthfully fill in the Application Form of Guangxi 202 1 University of International Business and Economics for Directional Adjustment of Fresh Graduates. The registration qualification examination is the responsibility of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region. 165438+1After October 30th, applicants can check the qualification examination results through the registration system of Selected Graduates. Before 12 and 10, applicants who have passed the qualification examination can download and print the admission ticket and registration form in the registration system of Selected Graduates, Guangxi; After being sealed by the Party Committee and the school employment guidance department, the school employment guidance department will provide the Registration Form to our department.
(2) examination. The examination is divided into written examination and interview. The written test subjects are Shen Lun and the administrative professional ability test, each with 100. The scores for passing the written test and interview shall be uniformly delineated by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region. Candidates can log on to Selected Graduates Registration System 202 1 1 of Bagui Pioneer Network at the beginning of October to check the examination results.
(3) Physical examination and inspection. Those who pass the written test and interview are listed as physical examination objects. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Revision of General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) > Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) > Notice on Relevant Contents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]140).
The inspection insists on putting political standards first, further examines the qualifications of applicants, and comprehensively understands their political stance, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, integrity record, academic performance, etc. Those who fail the inspection will not be hired.
(4) sign a contract. Those who pass the physical examination and are willing to work in Guangxi may sign a contract with the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region. The signing of the contract is organized by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region, and the specific time and matters will be notified separately.
(five) publicity, determine the candidates, registration and employment. After the organization department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region has determined the candidates according to the examination, inspection, physical examination and contract signing, it will publicize the candidates in Bagui Pioneer Network and the school respectively. The publicity period is 5 working days, and those who have no objection to publicity are selected.
The selected personnel shall report to the work unit in the middle of July, 20021year with graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate and other required materials according to the notification requirements, and go through the employment procedures according to the management authority. Those who fail to obtain a nationally recognized diploma or degree certificate or fail to report within the specified time without justifiable reasons shall be dismissed. Under special circumstances, the registration time can be postponed to 202165438+February 3 1.
After reporting for duty, the employing unit will arrange physical fitness assessment and re-examination in Selected Graduates, a court, a procuratorate, a public security organ, a prison and a people's police post in the drug rehabilitation system (only for items involving special physical examination standards). Those who fail the physical examination will be transferred to other non-people police posts.
Four. Relevant policies
According to the training requirements, employers' needs and personal wishes, Selected Graduates was assigned by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to work in party and government organs at all levels. Graduates who meet the urgent professional requirements have priority to work in party and government organs at or above the municipal level. Priority is given to outstanding graduates of ethnic minorities under the same conditions. After Selected Graduates took office, he arranged to exercise at the grassroots level according to relevant regulations.
The probation period for new recruits in Selected Graduates is 1 year. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are graded according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
Candidates are not required to pay the registration examination fee and medical examination fee.
