The process of handling the commercial performance license is:
1. Enterprises need to apply to the local cultural bureau for a commercial performance license;
2. The person in charge of the relevant window accepts the application materials and reviews the materials;
3. The performance management agency is responsible for accepting the application materials of the applicants within its jurisdiction, conducting preliminary examination on the materials, putting forward preliminary examination opinions and reporting them to the leaders of the competent performance bureau;
4. The manager in charge of performance management makes a decision of approval or disapproval according to the opinions of the bureau leaders;
5. If it is approved, a certificate will be issued and the applicant will receive the certificate.
