The blanking station in the first working area is the first working procedure in the workshop. Before production, all products must be uncoiled, leveled and cut by the blanking station before production. The plate processed by the blanking station enters the next process-cutting. This process is mainly to cut the plate developed in the previous process according to the development diagram of the product. The main tooling equipment includes CNC plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine and leveling machine. A large amount of dust will be produced in the process of plasma cutting, which will have a certain impact on the health of workers. In normal work, you must wear a mask, and the laser cutting machine will produce certain radiation when cutting, so all personnel must be outside the isolation area when operating. For thicker plates, stress concentration and bending will occur during cutting, so there will be a leveler next to the cutting machine to flatten it after cutting.

Subsequently, the forming of the product also needs punching, shearing and stamping stations. In the process of blanking, the selection of blanking gap is very important. The size of blanking gap directly affects the cross-section quality of blanking parts, and also affects the service life of the die and the size of blanking force. The main products produced by this station are small curved beam blanking, column keyhole, beam long round hole, large belt plug welding hole punching and so on.

A considerable number of products still need the process of bending. For example, many connectors must be cut according to the requirements of drawings at the bending station, which is also a plastic deformation method. At the same time, our bending station is also for the bending (pressing) of subway bogies and the milling of subway frame foundation parts.

Product press forming-press station. The main production task of the press station is to press and shape the cut or cut materials. Different materials, different molding requirements, need to choose the right equipment. This not only ensures the product quality, but also does not waste resources. But also helps to prolong the service life of the equipment. In our workshop, we are responsible for stamping parts, leveling thick plates and leveling subway frame foundation parts. The main work of the welding workspace is to weld and adjust small parts. From 1 1 to the present, the internship in each welding station has given me a certain understanding of the products and composition technology of each welding station. Welding methods can be divided into three categories: fusion welding, pressure welding and brazing. The welding methods used in the workshop are fusion welding, mainly manual arc welding, argon arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding. Argon arc welding is mainly used for the welding of the inner roof, and CO2 gas shielded welding is mainly used for the assembly and welding of the center plate seat.

The selection of welding materials is also very important in the welding process. Improper material selection may affect the welding strength. The principle of "equal strength" is mainly applicable to the welding of structural steel, that is, when welding structural members of low, medium carbon steel or low alloy steel, structural steel covered electrode with the same or slightly higher strength grade should be selected; The principle of "same composition" is mainly applicable to the welding of steel with special properties (stainless steel, heat-resistant steel), and covered electrode with the same or similar chemical composition to the base material should be selected to ensure the special properties of the joint during welding.

In the process of welding, welding deformation has a great influence on welding quality. Corresponding measures should be taken for welding deformation.
