1. If the online and written application materials are confirmed to be complete and conform to the form, they will be accepted for filing.
2. If the application materials are flawed or the name of the filing website conflicts with facts or laws, the filing application shall be terminated and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for termination.
3. For applications that meet the filing conditions, the main contents of the website filing shall be announced within 5 working days after accepting the application, and the announcement period shall be 30 days.
4. During the announcement period, if any unit or individual has any objection to the filing application of the announced business website, it may submit a written objection statement to the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce.

The website owner should install the filing electronic logo at the lower right of the homepage of the website within 15 days, and link it to the database of "filing information of business websites" of Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce for public inquiry.
