She suddenly woke up and turned on the light, just in time to see a figure jump down from the window. Shine Wong said, "I live on the second floor, which is not high. In addition, without the installation of security window, thieves can easily enter the room. "

This incident scared Shine Wong to stay up all night, and there was no result in communicating with the intermediary to install security window. Finally, she had to move.

Yu Sun, who lives in Xianghe Community, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, said, "One day, the equipment for charging electric bicycles caught fire, and the fire was several meters high, which made the sky in our community red, so the elevator in this building stopped for a week."

Generally, Shine Wong rents houses through intermediaries, and tenants of a house come from all directions, which will inevitably lead to conflicts due to some things. "Just last week, my two neighbors had some misunderstandings because of the cost of natural gas. As a result, I threw bottles at the door one night. It's scary enough to hear this sound. At night. When I went to work in the morning, I saw broken glass all over the floor, and the whole person was not good. " Shine Wong said.

Wang Xiaohua (pseudonym), who works near Beijing Dongsishitou, chooses to rent a house near Caishikou, and he can take the subway to his office every day. Wang Xiaohua attaches great importance to convenient transportation when renting a house, because she feels that the security of most residential areas is still in place.

Wang Hui believes that the safety factor must be put in the first place when renting a house. Girls, in particular, would rather pay more rent and ensure safety. "It depends on whether security window is installed or not, and whether the water and electricity facilities at home are aging. Sometimes a little attention may help you get rid of many dangers. " Shine Wong suggested that when renting a house, it is best to share it with someone familiar with it. If you really have no choice, be patient with yourself and don't care too much about your neighbors.

Improve the security of renting a house. 73.0% of the respondents believe that the government should ban illegal intermediaries.

Since there are so many unsafe factors in renting a house, can we force the intermediary and the landlord to ensure the safety of tenants renting a house?

Once Yu Sun rented a house with aging wires, dozens of tenants joined forces to communicate with the intermediary for a long time, and the intermediary replaced the house with new wires. Yu Sun said helplessly: "Generally speaking, the intermediary holds the initiative. If you really want to force the intermediary, all tenants can only unite. After all, many hands make light work. "

He negotiated with the intermediary to change a bigger house in their hands after the contract expired. The intermediary agreed at that time, and Qiu Guang also paid a deposit. "But then the agent said that I paid the deposit for the new house, which means I have to start paying the rent for the new house. Before the old contract expired, the intermediary urged me to move quickly, otherwise the price of the new house would rise, and I would have to pay two rents for the new house and the old house. " Qiu Guang thinks it is too difficult to communicate with intermediaries, especially with some informal small intermediary companies.

Shine Wong said that there are many informal small intermediaries in Beijing now. They just take money, and once they get it, they don't ask anything. If they are all formal intermediaries, perhaps the security of renting a house can be improved.
