Precautions:
1. Birth materials include one of the following materials:

(3) Original birth certificate applied abroad;
(4) a translation of the birth certificate issued by a qualified institution;
⑤ Consular authentication documents of Chinese embassies and consulates abroad or other certificates recognized by treaties concluded by China or notarial certificates issued by notary agencies;
(6) A statement or proof that a foreign citizen or foreign permanent resident status has not been obtained or given up.
2. If you are born at home without a medical certificate of birth, you should go to the health and family planning administrative department to reissue the medical certificate of birth before you can register your birth.
3. If the ethnic composition of parents is inconsistent, in principle, both parents need to go to the police station at the place of declaration to fill in the application form for ethnic composition on the spot. If one or both parents can't go to the police station for on-site treatment, they should upload photos taken by their parents with the application form for ethnic composition.
If you are over 4.6 years old and other circumstances are particularly complicated, please hold relevant materials to consult at the household registration window of the police station.
5. The ID number, name, nationality and date of birth on all materials must be exactly the same.
6. If the information on the certificate or certificate is wrong, please go to the issuing authority to correct it and affix the official seal of the issuing authority; If it is altered, please affix the official seal of the issuing authority at the altered place.
