What are the common problems in online registration of national civil service examination?

The general process of examinee registration is: "examinee registration"->; "improve personal information"->; "position filling".

1. "Candidate registration"

Candidates must register as candidates before registering. There are three ways to register a new user: home personal center, examinee registration entrance, or directly click the "Register" button at the top right of the page. Before you register, you must read the Letter of Commitment to Apply for Civil Servants' Integrity carefully, and click "I agree" before you register. When registering, you should fill in the relevant contents truthfully as required, especially the name, ID number, password, education background, candidate category, mobile phone number, email address and other information must be accurately entered.

Special note: an ID card can only be registered once and cannot be registered repeatedly; Please keep my password. The email address in the registration information can be used to retrieve my password. Please ensure that the registered email address is valid.

2. "Improve personal information"

After the applicant logs in, a pop-up box for improving personal information will pop up on the page, and click "Improve Personal Information" to enter the "Basic Information of Candidates" page to improve personal information; If you close the pop-up box directly, you can click the "Perfect Personal Information" button in the "Job Filling" page to improve your personal information.

Special attention: The information entered in the "Basic Information of Candidates" page must be accurate and effective, the items marked with "*" must be filled in, and the text content filled in by the applicants must not exceed the limited number of characters. The examination place is the place where candidates choose to take the written examination of public subjects.

After filling in the personal information, click "Save" to pop up whether to enter the personal center page, confirm that the page information is correct, and click "Enter the personal center page"; To modify the information, click the "Modify Personal Information" button in the upper left corner of the Personal Center to modify it.

3. "job filling"

Candidates are advised to download the "Recruitment Guide" in the "Related Downloads" section of the home page in advance to view all positions.

The job filling process is divided into two steps: "I want to apply" and "job submission":

(1) Click the "Position Query" button in the personal center to select a position according to the filtering criteria, click the "Position Description" button at the end of the position list to enter the position details page, and click the "I want to apply" button after careful review;

(2) Click the "Position Submission" button on the "Position Application" page of the personal center to complete the position application process.

Note: Personal application information will be submitted to the recruitment department only after clicking the "Position Submission" button. If the "position submission" operation is not completed and the registration process is not completely completed, the recruitment department will not be able to see the candidates' information and conduct qualification examination.
