Do I have to pay taxes for giving away my house for free?

Judging from the current provisions of the tax law department, except according to the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China on Personal Income Tax on Personal Donation of Houses, there is no provision that income from donations of houses or other property under illegal circumstances should be subject to income tax.
