First of all, in the physical sense, it is the largest Wuling new energy vehicle at present: the body length is 3950mm, and the wheelbase is 2560mm, reaching the level of mini-cars (A0), which is obviously larger than mini-cars such as MINI EV and KiWi EV.
On the other hand, Bingo is a car with special emphasis on "space". For example, its trunk has a super-standard load. You can put a whole set of camping equipment in it, and even "pack" two adults without folding the back seat.
New energy vehicles must have small space?
Space is very important for cars. For a long time, cars under A0 are limited by the body size, and they can only choose between riding comfort and loading-the more space they give, the less places they can pull goods.
New energy vehicles are even more difficult. After all, it takes a lot of interior space to install a huge battery under the car.
For example, the trunk of Hong Guang MINIEV, the "National God Car", can't be said to be huge, at least it is better than nothing, because the rear seats are already close to the rear window, and only a few backpacks can be stuffed into the "trunk"-if this can be called a trunk.
Of course, the foldable rear seat is a compromise, but it will inevitably affect the comfort of the rear seat. Take Hong Guang Miniev as an example. There is no headrest at all in order to fold the rear seats.
Of course, Hong Guang MINIEV is a very extreme example, after all, its body length is even less than 3 meters. But this is a good example of the space problems faced by new energy vehicles.
From this point of view, new energy vehicles and big space seem to be opposites and will never exist at the same time.
But don't forget that Wuling is the "king" who plays with new energy vehicles, and Bingo is their solution to this problem.
How many steps does it take to make a car big?
Of course, it is also very simple to make the car bigger, which is the Lapila wheelbase. However, it takes a lot of knowledge to make the interior space bigger.
First of all, Bingo made the car body bigger (A0 class), but restrained it, so that the length of the car body did not exceed 4 meters (3.95 meters), which ensured the flexibility and economy of the car. At the same time, Guo Bin also extended the wheelbase as much as possible, reaching 2560mm, maximizing the interior space and ensuring the ride comfort.
Secondly, Bingo adopts the front layout, and almost all key components are placed in the front (including the charging port), which minimizes the space occupation at the rear of the car and improves the available space in the trunk, which is a challenge to the integration ability of the power system.
Thirdly, Guo Bin hollowed out the bottom limit of the trunk, and made it the deepest trunk among A0-class new energy vehicles. Not only can some colorful and tall trunks be placed vertically, but even clothes hangers, floor-standing cat crawlers and other objects can be placed vertically.
Fourthly, the back seat of bingo supports 5/5 reclining. After reclining, the overall volume can reach 790L, which is larger than the 650L trunk of BMW X5 (without folding the back seat), and the practicability is greatly improved.
Of course, this design with limited space also brings some disadvantages. For example, the charging port mentioned above is located in the front, which causes the front of some charging piles to dock inward when charging. Of course, for a car less than 4 meters long, this is not a big problem.
In addition, according to the structure diagram displayed on the spot, the rear suspension of Bingo is not an independent suspension similar to Air ev or KiWi EV, but more like a non-independent suspension on Hong Guang MINIEV, which may have a certain impact on driving comfort. But it also means that bingo may have a better price.
A0 Hopper, what elements are needed?
"Bucket" is often used to describe the balance of a vehicle, indicating that the vehicle has no obvious short board. At present, the product strength of Bingo in A0 tram is very balanced.
Like design. For cars, although space is very important, face value is more important! I believe no one wants to buy an ugly car. The face value happens to be a surprise for Guo Bin-exquisite and round, with advanced color matching. The overall design is retro, but the LED headlights and taillights are very textured.

The interior design is also quite beautiful, with advanced color matching, not monotonous lines and rounded everywhere. At the same time, the material is also very elegant, covered with soft material and decorated with high-brightness chrome-plated material.
Configuration, two 10.25-inch large screens, strong sense of science and technology, as well as LingOS Linxi intelligent system, non-inductive entry and non-inductive start, full scene OTA, Bluetooth button remote control. Of course, these configurations are optional, and low-profile models may pay more attention to economy.
In terms of battery life, Bingo * * * has introduced five configurations, namely, the light-fit type with a battery life of 203km, the fast-fit type with a battery life of 333km and the interconnected type. The version with a battery life of 203km is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 30kW, and the version with a battery life of 333km is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 50kW.
It is worth mentioning that the version with a battery life of 333km will also support three charging modes: DC charging pile, AC charging pile and household socket. It only takes 35 minutes for DC fast charging from 30% to 80%, which is very convenient for daily use.
Besides, it's safe. This has always been the weakness of the car, but it is Bingo's strength. Guo Bin adopts ring cage design, and the whole vehicle adopts 1.500 MPa 25 ultra-high strength steel. All four doors are equipped with ultra-high strength steel anti-collision beams and double airbags for driving, which can ensure safety even at high speed.
In terms of space, face value, configuration, endurance and safety, bingo has a good performance in these aspects, which is very rare in A0-class new energy vehicles. If you insist, the maximum 50kW motor may make Bingo's power performance more general, but this is the least important factor for its positioning.
The next explosion? It depends on the price.
It is not difficult to see that Wuling just wants to make Bingo an A0-class fighting car without obvious shortcomings, and from the existing indicators, Bingo has enough hardware foundation to become the next "explosion". Prerequisites have been met.
Well, the only suspense now is the price.
It is a fact that Hong Guang MINI can sell well, not only because of its high product strength, but also because it is the cheapest "car" available in the market and meets the national standards.
Exquisite Guo Bin can't support such a limited price, but from the position of A0 level, its potential consumers are just right in price sensitivity.
Therefore, a fair price is very important.
Wuling also understands that, just like this conference, there was a lot of talk and a big scene, but there was no price or even a pre-sale price range, which shows Wuling's caution.
Perhaps, Wuling hopes that through this appearance tasting activity, it will first explore the "tune" of consumers, and then price according to market reaction.
Even so, there is not much time left for Wuling. After all, at the end of March, Bingo's new car will be officially launched and delivered. I hope that after more than 20 days, Wuling will give consumers a surprise and the market will also give Wuling a surprise.
