If the seller has placed an order for delivery for 48 hours and has not found the logistics data, there are usually five reasons:
1: The shipper has passed the wrong document number.
2. The consignor placed an order for delivery, but there was no delivery through the single number.
3: The consignor sent you one, but the consignee didn't send it to you for some reason (for example, it was lost, forgotten to hand it in, and put it in a corner of the warehouse).
4. The seller gave the goods to the courier, but the courier never scanned the goods for some reasons, such as too many pieces to be scanned in batches, or failed to load the car on the day of receipt.
The courier tore up the bill and replaced it with a new single number.
