In the past two days of study, I have a deep understanding of excellent classrooms. I think it mainly refers to the optimization of teaching process and the maximization of educational effect. It is the progress of teachers and students and the improvement of knowledge literacy.

First, my understanding of excellent classroom is that in classroom teaching, through students' active learning process and teachers' guidance, teaching tasks can be completed efficiently and with high quality in unit time, and students can achieve efficient development. As far as its connotation is concerned, efficient teaching refers to the coordinated development of students' knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotions, attitudes and values. As far as its extension is concerned, it includes efficient careful preparation before class, practical demonstration in classroom teaching and feedback after class to improve classroom teaching efficiency. Generally speaking, the main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of excellent classrooms are: students' active thinking, correct language expression, fluency and sensibility, classroom full of passion, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and the correct rate of achieving goals is over 90%. The premise is to see whether students are willing to learn and whether they can learn, and the core is to achieve the three-dimensional teaching goal.

Second, from our teachers' point of view, an excellent classroom should meet the following three conditions: First, teachers can scientifically and reasonably determine the three-dimensional teaching objectives of the classroom and work out a scientific and reasonable learning guidance plan according to the requirements of curriculum standards and the actual situation of students. Second, the teaching process must be a process in which students actively participate. This active participation is mainly reflected in whether teachers can adopt flexible teaching strategies and evaluation methods to mobilize and stimulate students' learning enthusiasm. Third, timely guidance, monitoring, feedback and encouragement in teaching, consolidate students' learning achievements in various ways, and make the achievement of three-dimensional teaching goals higher. In a word, the classroom is the main position of our teaching, and it is also the main position of our curriculum reform today. We must effectively improve the efficiency of education and teaching. There are many factors that affect classroom efficiency. Only by rationally understanding our classroom teaching and objectively facing the problems existing in our classroom teaching can we continuously improve our classroom teaching. There are many ways to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. In addition to the preparation before class, the continuous improvement of classroom structure and teaching methods, and the creation of a harmonious teaching atmosphere, there are many methods that need our constant thinking and practice. Learning experience in excellent classroom

On May 10, 20xx, Professor Feng Enhong, a well-known national education expert and chairman of the China Committee of Experts for the Care of the Next Generation, gave a special report meeting for thousands of key teachers in primary and secondary schools in Linyi No.4 Middle School, which made the "Three Faces" enter the classroom. Professor Feng pointed out that the development of science, technology and society challenged education. Based on classroom teaching, improving classroom efficiency and changing the combination of traditional classroom teaching elements need to solve three problems: how to use teaching materials, how to teach teachers and how to learn students. According to the actual learning ability of students, we should choose the teaching materials and learning progress suitable for each student, so that each student can enjoy the education that suits him. It is necessary to break the traditional teaching methods of teachers and emphasize students' cooperation, team spirit and inquiry learning. Professor Feng emphasized that the evaluation criteria of efficient classroom should be: problem is the starting point of teaching, group is the platform of ability, presentation is the key to generation, and guidance is the level of teachers. Professor Feng also pointed out that now is the shock wave brought to our teachers by the era of cloud education: First, the ability to find and solve problems is more important than factual knowledge. Starting from the abilities that successful people in the 2 1 century must possess, combined with educational sociology and many years of teaching management experience, Professor Feng analyzed the essence of efficient classroom construction in a simple way, and gave some classic educational experiences, such as: a suitable classroom is the best classroom, and making students like me is the ultimate goal of teachers. The greatest thing about self-love is respect for others, not taking. Education should be related to temperature. Professor Feng, with his abundant energy, extraordinary memory, profound knowledge, meticulous thinking and humorous and profound words, made every backbone teacher who participated in the training appreciate the demeanor of an education master and the charm of education.

In a word, after listening to Professor Feng's lecture, my mind was greatly shocked, which made me rethink my educational behavior. Without knowledge, there is no power, knowledge alone does not necessarily have power, and simple knowledge accumulation cannot produce power. Education is endless, and so is the growth of teachers. The growth of teachers needs one step at a time. For me, it still takes a long way to reach the realm of Excellence, but I will try to be a competent teacher first, and try to be an excellent teacher to keep up with Excellence.

Experiences and feelings of learning excellent classes

I was lucky enough to listen to the lecture given by Han Lifu, a teacher from the Central Institute of Education and Teaching, and I benefited a lot and thought deeply. It also gave me a deep understanding of effective teaching and creating excellent classrooms. It will help me a lot in my future work. How to improve teaching quality and ensure classroom efficiency in future work, I think:

1, change ideas and pursue effective consciousness.

We can no longer use the traditional old model and adopt some old concepts such as full house irrigation and full house grinding time. Teachers in the new era should pursue new teaching consciousness: students should change from passive learning to diligent learning, and gradually learn autonomous learning and cooperative learning. Now teachers should teach students how to acquire new knowledge and teach people how to fish. It is better to teach students how to learn by themselves, so that they can learn by themselves without teachers.

2. Change thinking and improve effective teaching.

Teachers should prepare lessons before class, prepare knowledge before class, prepare by themselves, and rarely communicate. Therefore, the thinking is relatively closed and the teaching methods are relatively monotonous. However, if everyone communicates and shares with each other, the lesson preparation will be more comprehensive, and the problems involved will be considered more comprehensively, which will help to make the design scheme more scientific, make its classroom more effective and improve its classroom quality.

3. Change the way and manage the classroom with your heart.

Teach students how to study, but also study hard. Not all methods are suitable for students, so a lesson is not a question of how much knowledge you hand in. Teacher Han's reading with tools, focusing on reading, writing thoughts, remembering contents, practicing questions and thinking about problems really broadened my horizons. The language is concise, but the content is comprehensive. It has played a guiding role in my specific practice. To enter effective teaching and create excellent classes, we need to study hard and practice hard.
