Generally speaking, the worship of tai sui can be roughly divided into three categories:
① Choose to pay homage to the Great Temple: There are slightly different ways to pay homage to the Great Temple and the Fine Temple. If you want to pay homage to a big temple, the steps are as follows-? First, go to the temple outside the temple to get Artest's Sui clothes. The function of traditional clothes is a form. You should write your name, age, date of birth on it, and tell Tai Sui who to bless: first, incense the commander in his sixties; ? When the incense reached Tai Sui (in 2007, Ding Hai's Tai Sui surname was Qi, and the other surname was Qi); ? Then burn incense to Tai Sui who belongs to his birth year (there are 60 lists of Tai Sui in the temple); ? Then give traditional incense to the rest one by one; ? Finally, the traditional costumes will be melted.
② Choose to pay homage to the West Temple: Because the place of the West Temple is shallow and narrow, and 60 Tai Sui people are often put together, the way of paying homage is simpler than that of the big temple. Buy Shoujin outside the temple (there is generally no formal traditional clothing for sale in the temple, and Shoujin is generally used instead); ? Write your name and date of birth on the longevity gold. The amount of longevity gold depends on your age. ? Pay homage to the traditional incense in the temple; ? Put the prepared longevity money under the traditional statue of your age (please ask the temple staff to keep it for you); ? Finally, melt the remaining paper.
3 choose to worship at home: whether it is a big temple or a fine temple, there are always people around the Spring Festival. If you don't want to go to the temple, you can also choose to worship at home. This is called [Sacrifice Day]-? Write down the data of Tai Sui in that year on red paper. Take this year as an example, you can write [Ding Hainian Tai Sui position] or [Ding Hainian Tai Sui position]; ? Stick red paper next to the idols at home (such as Guanyin and Guandi); ? Sacrifice six-color fruits (six kinds of raw fruits), fried piles and vegetarian dishes, and sincerely pay homage; ? Finally, the paper will melt.
No matter which method you use, as long as you sincerely worship the sacrifice, Tai Sui will bless you. As for the most appropriate time to worship Tai Sui, it is generally the auspicious time of the eighth day of the first lunar month, and the items you bring to worship don't need meat, just simple incense sticks and fruits.
The postscript of "Worship Tai Sui" is very important. At the end of the year, it is "still too old" to thank the gods for their blessing in the past year. The most suitable time for "rejuvenation" is before the winter solstice every year, that is, around February 22 -23 in the 65438 lunar calendar. The method is the same as the general steps, just prepare fruits and incense sticks.
