Step 1: use bleaching powder 1% 1/dioxygen emulsion, stir it evenly, apply it directly to the hair, rinse it all over the head, try not to get it on the scalp, wrap it with plastic wrap or shower cap, heat it for 15 minutes, and keep it unconditionally for at least 20 minutes. Repeat bleaching at least three times, and if the hair is too dark or rough, rinse it again.
Step 2: Brush the whole head with 9/ 1 1, 1, 12% dioxygen, leave it for 15 minutes naturally, and smoke will appear after washing.
