Liaoning University of Finance and Trade (LFTC) is an undergraduate financial college with economic management as its core, art and sports as its features, and literature, teaching, science and engineering as its disciplines. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education. Located in Xingcheng Waterfront Scenic Area, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, it is a national "March 8th Red Flag Collective", an advanced college of "Safe Campus" in Liaoning Province, and an advanced unit of ideological and political work in Liaoning Province. Liaoning Institute of Finance and Trade is located in the west of Xingcheng seaside scenic spot, Binhai Hot Spring New City, Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province. It is a national "March 8th Red Flag Collective" and an advanced college in Liaoning Province, which has made important contributions to the economic and social development of the country and Liaoning.
The college independently developed various simulation training platforms and obtained national patents. Bohai College was established in cooperation with Shenyang Normal University in 2005. In September 2008, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into Liaoning University of Finance and Trade, becoming one of the first ordinary universities in China to be transformed from an independent college. The school was formerly known as neijiang normal College and Neijiang Education College. Neijiang normal College was established in 1956, and Neijiang Institute of Education was established in 1958.
