Members of the Society are divided into four categories: ordinary members, backbone members, senior members and alumni. Each category of members enjoys different rights and undertakes different obligations. Among them, the backbone bears the main responsibility of implementing the operation of the community. At present, the association has a chairman, two vice-chairmen and a secretary-general. It consists of seven departments: human resources department, public relations department, academic practice department, domestic resources department, international resources department, training department and project department, and has a secretariat. The president, vice president, secretary-general and seven ministers constitute the presidium of the society, which is the highest authority of the society. Learn to adopt the project system, and the project department will manage all activities as a whole to improve the quality of all activities and provide more and better exercise opportunities for the backbone and members.

Various activities of clubs are very rich, which can be roughly divided into three categories according to the objects of activities: activities for the whole school, such as consulting case contest held every year, recruitment lectures of consulting companies, and various topics related to consulting. Activities for social members, such as initial training system, advanced training system, project training system, academic discussion and sharing in consultation and business, internship recommendation and some entertainment activities. Consulting practice, such as internal consulting projects of academic management. Among them, training system and consulting practice are the center of all activities of the society.

In the past less than eight years, Peking University Consulting Society has become one of the best and most influential commercial organizations in Peking University today, starting from an idea initiated by the first few students and through the continuous exploration and efforts of previous PCAer.
