1 Introduction
On June 30th, 20 1 1, Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bridge and Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel were opened to traffic, and the journey from Qingdao to Huangdao was shortened from nearly 1 hour to 20 minutes and 78 minutes respectively. The acceleration of traffic has opened up new space for Qingdao's urban development. An "one-hour economic circle" has been formed between the main city of Qingdao and the districts and cities, and a "four-hour economic circle" has been formed between the central cities of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, which will further promote the development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.

Qingdao JIAOZHOU bay bridge and JIAOZHOU bay tunnel connect Qingdao, Huangdao and Hongdao, ending the history of "no connection between green and yellow" and "no connection between green and red". Shorten the traffic distance between the main city of Qingdao and all districts and cities, especially with Jiaonan, Huangdao, Jiaozhou, Hongdao, Hi-tech Zone and dongjiakou Port, greatly ease the traffic pressure around the expressway of Jiaozhou Bay and improve the travel conditions of urban and rural people. Guo, a senior researcher at Qingdao Academy of Social Sciences, told the reporter that Qingdao has built a three-dimensional and barrier-free transportation network extending in all directions, forming a half-hour traffic circle in the main city and a one-hour traffic circle in the whole city, which greatly improved the coordinated development level of regional urbanization. Guo told reporters that taking the multi-bridge and multi-tunnel across Huangpu River in Shanghai as the comparison object, the bridge and tunnel in Qingdao can rival the influence of Shanghai Lupu Bridge on Shanghai. The new traffic pattern of "one bridge, one tunnel and one road (around Jiaozhou Bay Expressway)" has strung the "golden chain" of Binhai Avenue in Shandong Peninsula, making Qingdao and key cities in the province form a "four-hour economic circle". Professor Dong Yanling, vice president of the Regional Economic Research Institute of Shandong University of Economics, said in an interview with the media that the Jiaozhou Bay Bridge and Tunnel will play a great role in promoting the development of urban agglomeration and blue economy in Shandong Peninsula. Professor Dong Yanling introduced that Qingdao is in a leading position in the development planning of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and Shandong Peninsula blue economy, and the opening of bridges and tunnels will further consolidate this leading position. First of all, the opening of bridges and tunnels has improved the road network of Shandong Peninsula and will promote regional economic development. Secondly, taking Rizhao as an example, because of traffic reasons, the connection between Rizhao and Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is not close. With the opening of bridges and tunnels, Rizhao will be integrated into the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration. At the same time, Rizhao is an important city in the port-facing industrial belt in southern Shandong, which will also promote the development of the industrial belt in Shandong Peninsula.
