What is the use of national professional core competence certification?

First, the purpose of evaluation

Formulate national standards for the evaluation of professional core competencies, and organize the evaluation of eight professional core competencies (communication with people, cooperation with people, information processing, digital application, problem solving, self-improvement, innovation and foreign language application), aiming at:

1. Serve the development of human resources, employment and the lifelong development of workers.

2. Improve the comprehensive quality service of college students to meet the employment needs.

Second, the purpose of evaluation

1. It provides reference for employers to evaluate the comprehensive quality of relevant personnel in the decision-making process of selecting and appointing people.

2. To provide reference for candidates to understand and develop their professional core competence.

3. To provide reference for evaluating the teaching and training effect of relevant teaching units and training institutions.

Third, the evaluation level and object

1. The national vocational core competence assessment is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.

2. Main appraisees:

Junior secondary vocational schools, ordinary high school students and all kinds of social personnel with junior high school education or above;

Intermediate-students of institutions of higher learning, all kinds of social personnel with junior high school education or above;

Senior-all kinds of social workers with junior high school education or above and some practical work experience.
