Extended data:
After the promulgation of the Civil Code, Shenyang Civil Affairs Bureau adjusted the implementation rules of adoption and relaxed the restrictions on different places. Following the basic principles of "maximizing children's interests" and "giving priority to domestic adoption", Shenyang Children's Welfare Institute tries to change its thinking through exploration, so as to protect children's rights and find the way home.
After telephone consultation with families who are willing to adopt, they need to go to the welfare home to provide basic materials and accept pre-assessment. Welfare homes need to know the conversation of adoptive parents, family status and whether the adoption intentions of both sides are unified on the spot, and more in-depth investigation is needed. Up to now, nearly 60 families have come to Shenyang Children's Welfare Institute for formalities and evaluation, of which 2 1 family meets the requirements.
These 2 1 eligible families are preparing to provide adoption materials. At present, nearly 10 families have received the adoption notice. It is understood that Shenyang Children's Welfare Institute has adopted more than 420 children since it began to adopt children at home in 20 13.
It is understood that adoptive families can go to the welfare home to match their children after receiving the adoption notice, but some families may continue to wait because there are no children who meet their wishes. The adoption notice is valid for half a year.
The parents of these adoptive families are very kind to their children. On the first day of the integration period, these parents took their children to restaurants and playgrounds to buy new toys and clothes. In daily videos, they teach children to practice writing, study and play games with them. Parents and children are very happy. These families provide a space for children to play and rest alone, and they all have very careful plans for their children's future upbringing.
