How to handle the real estate license?

3. Obtain relevant registration documents.

Step 4 pay for it
You need a tax payment certificate to apply for a certificate of immovable property rights. After paying the fee, you can submit an application to the housing management department when the application materials are ready.
5. Obtain real estate title certificate
After completing the registration, you are waiting to get the license. The buyer shall carry the certificate receiving notice from the housing management department and receive the certificate of immovable property right according to the time specified in the notice. During this period, stamp duty (decal), property registration fee and production fee need to be paid. Property buyers should carefully check the information on the property certificate when paying the corresponding fees.
