1. Party B makes professional selling point judgment and customer group judgment on Party A's real estate.
2. Party B is responsible for summarizing a sentence or the brightest advertisement within 30s and submitting it to Party A for review.
3. Party B investigates the customer base access of its customers, and selects the public places where such customers mainly gather.
4. Party B shall arrange Burt's Bee delivery staff according to customer groups.
5. Half an hour before work, Party B is responsible for spot-checking the advertising language of Burt's Bee and the main selling points of Party A's real estate.
6. Party B will send appropriate leaflets to all locations.
