When there are differences with customers, most of them can easily convince customers with my design expertise, and even make the effect of changing their minds on the spot.

However, after coming to xx, I found that telephone communication is really a very profound knowledge. On the other end of the phone, I can't see the expression and action of the customer on the other end of the phone. I can only analyze and guess customers' thoughts and feelings from their tone on the phone.
