Article 43 If the relevant personnel of the financial department or the centralized government procurement institution, in violation of the provisions of these Measures, choose and determine the bid evaluation experts, or choose and determine the bid evaluation experts without approval, or intentionally disclose the names, units and contact information of the selected bid evaluation experts, they shall be given corresponding administrative sanctions by their superior departments or supervisory organs at the same level, and their qualifications as government procurement agencies shall be suspended.
Article 44 As a member of the bid evaluation committee, the purchaser's representative shall, in accordance with the provisions of these Measures on bid evaluation experts, perform his obligations and abide by work discipline in the bid evaluation process of government procurement projects.
Forty-fifth in the process of bid evaluation, it is found that the bid evaluation experts and representatives of the purchaser seriously violate the relevant provisions of Article 22 of these measures, and the government procurement agency shall terminate its bid evaluation work and replace the bid evaluation experts or representatives of the purchaser according to the provisions.
