1, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and the retirement age is 55 years for men and 45 years for women;
2, due to illness or non-work-related disability, confirmed by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, the retirement age of men over 50 years old, women over 45 years old;
3. Special posts, men over 55 years old, women over 45 years old, paying 15 years or more, and working for a specified number of years, can apply for early retirement.
Two, special types of early retirement conditions:
1, engaged in special types of work must belong to the scope of special types of work stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and the relevant industry authorities in the State Council;
2, engaged in high altitude and particularly heavy manual labor work for a total of 10 years;
3, engaged in underground, high temperature and other work for 9 years;
4, engaged in other harmful operations for 8 years;
5. Men who have reached the age of 55 and women who have reached the age of 45 and have worked continuously for 10 years can apply for special retirement.
Three, special types of work include:
1, electrician operation;
2. Metal welding and cutting operations;
3, lifting machinery operation;
4. Driving a motor vehicle in an enterprise;
5, climbing erection work;
6. Boiler operation;
7, pressure vessel operation;
8. Refrigeration operation.
Fourth, the legal basis
The Notice on Approving Early Retirement Posts by Various Competent Departments stipulates the following standards for early retirement posts:
1, male cadres and workers have reached the age of 60, female cadres have reached the age of 55, and female workers have reached the age of 50, with continuous service or working experience of 10 years;
2, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, heavy manual labor and other harmful health work workers, men over 55 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service or working experience of ten years;
3, men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service or working experience of ten years, certified by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.

Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers Article 1 Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:
(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service 10 years.
(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.
This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.
(3) The male has reached 50 years of age and the female has reached 45 years of age, with continuous working years of 10, and has completely lost the ability to work as certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee.
