According to the Notice of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee and the General Office of the Municipal Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of jinniu district (No.31[2065438]) and the Opinions of the District Party Committee Office and the District Government Office on Implementing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of jinniu district (No.78 [2010]).
On February 28th, 2020, it was awarded as an advanced unit of ideological and moral construction for minors in Sichuan Province. On April 22nd, 20021year, it was awarded the title of "Advanced Collective for Poverty Alleviation in Sichuan Province" by Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
Department responsibilities:
(a) responsible for the implementation of national, provincial and municipal education policies and laws, regulations and rules; Guide the party building in the education system of the whole region.
(two) responsible for the formulation of educational system and mechanism reform measures and educational development planning, planning and organizing the implementation, and promoting the reform of educational system and mechanism.
(three) responsible for the reform of education and teaching in the whole region, the full implementation of quality education, and undertake the educational research, teaching research and layout structure adjustment of primary and secondary schools in the whole region.
(four) responsible for the management of preschool education, compulsory education, high school education, vocational and technical education, lifelong education; Responsible for formulating enrollment policies and plans for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the whole region; Responsible for the balanced development of compulsory education in the whole region and the fairness of education.
(five) responsible for the education system in the region's political and ideological education, socialist core values education, sports health and art education, labor education, national defense education, spiritual civilization construction and comprehensive management; Responsible for the construction of the education system in the whole region.
