First, the operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle, operating procedures and precautions of the air compressor.
Second, the operators must undergo technical training and safety training, and after passing the examination, they must hold relevant certificates and may not operate without a license.
3. Check before departure: 1. Check the capacity of lubricating oil in the oil-gas separator. After normal operation, the oil level in the oil level gauge should be above the middle of the upper and lower limits. 2. Check whether the gas supply pipeline is unblocked and whether all bolts and joints are fastened. 3. Check whether the instructions of various instruments on the low-voltage distribution cabinet are correct, whether the electrical circuit is in good condition and whether the grounding wire meets the standards. 4. During the trial operation, add about 0.5 liter of lubricating oil from the air inlet, and turn it by hand for several turns or inching a few times to prevent the compressor from burning without oil when starting. Pay special attention not to let foreign objects fall into the body to avoid damaging the compressor. 5, before starting, should open the compressor exhaust valve, close the manual drain valve, the operator should be in a safe position.
Four, operating procedures:
1. Preparation before start-up: check the oil level in the oil-gas separator, slightly open the oil drain valve below the oil-gas separator, and remove the possible condensed water. After confirming that there is no condensed water, tighten the valve and open the compressor air supply valve.
2. Boot: Turn on the power switch, turn on the power, and observe whether there is any abnormal display on the operation panel and whether the phase sequence is correct. If there is any abnormal display, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and it can be put into use only after the fault is handled. The machine has reverse phase protection, and it is forbidden to reverse the motor.
3. Start: Press the "ON" key on the control panel, and the compressor will start running according to the set mode. At this time, it is necessary to observe whether the various parameters on the display panel are normal (the pressure is not more than 0.85MPa, and the exhaust temperature is not more than 105℃), whether there is abnormal sound, and whether there is oil leakage. If so, we must stop the machine immediately for inspection. When starting, start the master first, and then start the slave after about 1 minute.
4. Stop: Press the "OFF" button on the control panel, and the compressor will stop after it starts to exhaust for some time. It is normal that it will not stop immediately. When stopping, stop the slave machine first, and then stop the master machine.
If there is any special abnormality in the air compressor, you can press the emergency stop button. If you need to restart again, it will take 2 minutes.
6. It is forbidden to start the air compressor with load, otherwise the electrical components will be damaged due to excessive starting current.
7. When the air compressor is not in use, cut off the power supply and close the valve of the air supply port of the compressor. Drain the accumulated water from the cooler, oil-water separator, exhaust pipe and air bag. 8. When stopping for maintenance, the circuit breaker of the power cabinet must be opened, listed and grounded.
Checks and precautions in verb (abbreviation of verb) operation:
1, check whether the indications of various electrical instruments are normal.
2. Listen to the changes of working sounds of various parts of the machine.
3. Check whether the temperature of each component exceeds the specified value.
4, check whether the lubricating oil level is normal, it is forbidden to touch the rotating parts during operation.
5. When replacing the oil-gas separator, pay attention to electrostatic discharge, and connect the inner metal mesh with the shell of the oil drum to prevent the explosion caused by electrostatic accumulation. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent unclean items from falling into the oil drum, so as not to affect the operation of the compressor.
6. When the compressor runs at no-load for more than the set time, it will automatically stop. At this time, inspection or maintenance work is absolutely not allowed, because the compressor will resume operation at any time. For devices with independent fans, the stop of the fans is automatically controlled. Never touch the fan to avoid personal injury. When carrying out mechanical inspection, the power supply must be cut off first.
