Materials to be prepared for enterprises to apply for certification
1. Applicant's supporting documents
2. Assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram and circuit diagram
3. List of key components and/or main raw materials
4. Documents that other applicants need to explain.
5. If the applicant is a seller or importer, it shall also submit a copy of the relevant contract signed by the seller and the producer or the importer and the producer to the designated certification body.
6. Where the applicant entrusts others to apply for product certification in the catalogue, it shall sign a contract for certification, testing, inspection and tracking with the client, and the client shall also submit a power of attorney, a copy of the entrustment contract and other related contracts to the designated certification body;
