In order to strengthen the internal management of the Chamber of Commerce and improve work efficiency, the new leadership team has comprehensively adjusted offices, streamlined comprehensive institutions, compressed business management departments and set up new professional departments. The Chamber of Commerce reduced the original 10 business organization to five, namely, office, information consulting department, export department, import department and exhibition department. According to the needs of the work and the requirements of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, a personnel member department and a finance department are added. The information department and the exhibition department have been transformed into economic entities, accounting independently and taking responsibility for their own profits and losses.

For all staff, according to the three levels of leaders, middle-level cadres and general staff of the Chamber of Commerce, the year-end assessment is carried out according to virtue, ability, diligence and performance, and the three grades of excellent, qualified and unqualified are determined through debriefing and public opinion voting. On this basis, we should select and employ people at different levels, redefine the person in charge of each department, change the appointment system of middle-level cadres to the selection system, formulate training plans and improve the quality of employees.

It is necessary to comprehensively revise and improve the original articles of association and rules of the Chamber of Commerce, properly retain, make up for the deficiency, increase the deficiency and make inappropriate changes, so as to institutionalize and standardize the work of the Chamber of Commerce. According to the requirements, all departments are making new annual and quarterly work plans and rewarding the excellent and punishing the poor to encourage employees to keep making progress.
