Application for special equipment manufacturing license
The unit applying for manufacturing license shall receive the application form from the local state (prefecture, city) quality and technical supervision department, fill in the application form in quadruplicate (with electronic text attached), and apply to the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and attach the following materials (one for each):
1. Copy of business license obtained according to law or registration certificate issued by relevant government departments according to law;
