Shandong Provincial Government Procurement Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a provincial-level centralized government procurement executive body established in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Government Procurement Law and the Notice of Shandong Provincial Organizational Planning Committee on Adjusting the Government Procurement Management System of Provincial Organs (Lu Bian Fa [2003]13).

(3) Improve the policy system of government procurement of imported products. Improve the examination and approval process of government procurement imported products, study and establish a centralized demonstration and unified publicity system for government procurement imported products, formulate a unified and standardized catalogue of government procurement imported products in the province, strengthen examination and approval supervision while improving examination and approval efficiency, and protect and promote the development of domestic enterprises according to law.
