From June 2000 1999 to April 2000, I was a visiting scholar at Sanford University in Alabama, USA, studying clinical pharmacy. From June 2003 to October 2005 10, I studied in Tsinghua University International Innovation Management (Hospital Pharmacy Management) postgraduate class. 1984- 1992 teaches pharmacy and pharmaceutical affairs management in Beijing health school; 1992 worked in the pharmacy department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and served as chief pharmacist, deputy chief pharmacist, chief pharmacist and tutor for master students. At present, he is the director of Pharmacy Department, the only expert of FIP BPP in Asia, the member of Hospital Pharmacy Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the leader of Pharmaceutical Information Utilization and Evaluation Group, the executive director of Beijing Pharmaceutical Association, the deputy director of Hospital Pharmacy Committee, the member of Expert Committee of Health Professional Technical Qualification Examination of Ministry of Health, the secretary of Pharmacy Group, and the editorial board of China Pharmacy, China Hospital Pharmacy and China Clinical Nutrition and Adverse Drug Reactions.
The first professional work is to try out new preparations to meet the needs of clinical and scientific research, and further develop the preparations with good curative effect into new drugs for market. It has obtained two national new drug certificates and production approvals for calcium carbonate tablets (Xiedali) and estradiol valerate tablets (Xie Kun). The second is to evaluate pharmaceutical listed drugs, provide scientific basis for hospital drug selection, complete more than ten related topics, and win the academic exchange of young pharmaceutical workers across the country, Beijing Pharmaceutical Society, Union Medical College Hospital scientific research achievement award, etc. Third, efforts should be made to carry out clinical pharmacy work, and the genetic polymorphism and individualized medication of warfarin should be studied in combination with clinical practice. He edited 24 books and published more than 70 articles. Since taking charge of management, the pharmacy information system has been developed, which realizes the management of drug quantity, batch and expiration date. By optimizing the workflow of outpatient pharmacy, the waiting time of patients has been greatly shortened. Participate in outpatient consultation, clinical consultation and front-line duty of outpatient pharmacy or ward pharmacy. Sort out the list of high-risk drugs in the hospital and the drug labels with similar sound/shape, and with the assistance of the medical department and the information center, realize the drug safety early warning on the hospital HIS at the first time. Strengthen the continuing education of departments and follow up the development of disciplines. With the support of the hospital, it is the first time to teach students from American College of Pharmacy to practice in the hospital-an exchange program for young pharmacists from our department to study clinical pharmacy in the United States.
