In the process of getting along with others, pay attention to the fact that one person is private and the other is public. Sometimes doing things needs someone to witness, which is also a kind of protection for yourself.
Crows in the world are generally black, and visitors suddenly meet a white crow like a consultant (who can respect, listen and understand the parties, etc.). ), so visitors are likely to have feelings that are hard to give up, so we should do a good job of separation and give notice in advance, such as ten consultations, and the notice should be given at the eighth time. At the same time, it is inevitable for psychological counselors to establish feelings with visitors, but this kind of feelings should be controlled on the basis of work feelings, family ties and politeness, and there should be no personal feelings beyond negotiation. Counselors should also pay attention to their words and deeds, and don't let visitors have undue emotions.
