The qualification process is as follows:

(4) Applicants with provincial ID cards, in addition to submitting the above materials, also need to upload the first page and personal page of Guizhou household registration book, or upload the relevant certificates of paying social security in Guizhou Province, or the residence certificate issued by the public security organ. (5) Those who apply for the "additional major" level need to upload the master certificate.
(6) Those who apply for the level of "Exemption from Examination for Two Subjects" need to upload the following two materials:
(1) The Qualification Certificate of Level I Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before February 3, 20031;
(2) Letter of appointment for senior professional and technical positions in engineering or engineering economics, or working certificate for 20 years as construction management manager of construction project (issued according to the attachment).
