Consultation process of e-commerce consultation

E-commerce consultation is the help of putting forward independent suggestions for the specific management problems of customer enterprises. It generally includes identifying and investigating related problems or opportunities, recommending appropriate action plans and plans, and providing assistance for the implementation of the proposed plans. E-commerce consultation mainly provides suggestions to the senior decision makers of client enterprises in the form of scheme reports, and does not directly contact the specific business management activities of client enterprises. Management consulting includes three stages: enterprise diagnosis, scheme design and auxiliary implementation.

Enterprise diagnosis refers to the objective and systematic analysis of the current situation of the enterprise through investigation, describing the operating conditions of relevant aspects of the enterprise, revealing the existing problems and the root causes of the problems in the enterprise, and putting forward ideological suggestions to solve the problems.

Scheme design refers to the design and planning of systematic and concrete solutions to the management problems raised by customers on the basis of diagnosing the related problems of enterprises.

Auxiliary implementation is to organize the relevant personnel of the client enterprise to be familiar with and digest the management consulting scheme, to train the relevant personnel of the client enterprise in the concepts and management knowledge involved in the scheme content, to organize the formulation of relevant management systems and implementation rules, to assist the implementation of the simulated design scheme of the enterprise, and to make necessary adjustments to the design scheme and the formulated management systems and rules according to the simulation implementation results.
