Sabusu (1629- 170 1 year), a native of Fu Cha and a native of Zhenghuang Banner of Manchu, was a famous anti-Russian fighter in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. 1629 was born in the south racecourse of Ningguta (now Yingshan Village, Wolong Township, Ning 'an City).

1689, the Qing court delegation went to Nibuchu to negotiate with Russian representative Golovin. Sabusu, a member of the delegation, led the navy back to Nebuchadnezzar to ensure the safety of the Qing army's mission. In the 28th year of Kangxi, the two sides signed the Treaty of Nebuchadnezzar Chu on the basis of equal consultation, and determined the eastern border between China and Russia.
Sabusu has been "loyal and straight" for decades, and "the family has no money to spare". After being demoted, he still led Bukui (Qiqihar) people to control water. 170 1 year, Sabusu died of depression.
