1. Unplug the U shield client certificate and uninstall the original certificate driver;
2. Logging in to windows also has system administrator rights;
3. Please log in to www.icbc.com.cn, the portal of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and click "Download" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install the "U Shield" driver.
4. Restart the computer, and then connect the U shield customer certificate.
In addition, check whether your system has been completely patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade. If your system is 2000 or XP, please select "Services" under "Administrative Tools" in the control panel to see if the smart card is enabled. If not, please enable it.
