When it is stable, it will display about 3D00-3F00, indicating that the current display is normal; Measure the input current with a clamp meter to see if it reaches the rated input current. If not, adjust it clockwise by potentiometer. Pay attention when adjusting, if the current displayed value becomes smaller, it can't be adjusted any more. It may be that the inductance is too large and needs to be reduced. (This step has the same meaning as point 3, just adjust it once. )

Thermal insulation materials: customers can choose suitable thermal insulation materials by themselves, and it is recommended to use felt thermal insulation materials to control the heating interval;

Heating spacing: the heating spacing is the distance from the coil to the heated object, and the recommended heating spacing is generally15 ~ 20 mm;

Row spacing: the row spacing is not limited, and users can choose the appropriate winding method according to actual requirements;

Coil spacing: For two coils controlled by two controllers, the coil spacing is better than 10cm, and the performance output power drops below 5cm;

Inductance: the requirement for inductance value is not strict, so it can work within the recommended inductance value range. It is suggested to judge the inductance value of customers mainly by input power and working frequency;

Wire diameter: the cross-sectional area of the coil wire diameter guide wire, which is matched according to the output power. Please refer to the instruction manual or choose according to the electrician's manual.

Temperature resistance: because the coil is close to the heating element, we suggest that users use high-temperature wires with temperature resistance above 250 degrees, and the materials used at the same time should be fireproof and flame retardant; For some special applications, the temperature resistance may be higher than 300 degrees, please judge for yourself;

Withstand voltage: the voltage at both ends of the coil is as high as 800V V. Users should fully consider and prevent key personal safety such as leakage when winding;
